AirAsia to take dispute with Malaysia Airports to Federal Court

CAPITAL A Berhad has filed appeals at Federal Court to set aside a High Court decision to grant summary judgment to Malaysia Airports Sdn Bhd on payment of outstanding passenger service charges . In a Bursa filing today, Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad said AirAsia Bhd and AirAsia X Bhd had filed the notices of motion for leave to appeal on April 1.
