I think what Zainul has said is Sinful but Not Criminal. To find out where he stands, as a Muslim, in the Sinful - Criminal continuum, he MUST 1st do a review of all the Sharia laws & fatwas to see if they are in alignment OR in contradiction with edicts & statutes in the Qur'an!
