Both Land Rights & Native Title options are open for abuse by some elements within the First People Community (FPC). May be when a legal claim is lodged, it should have with it a proposed list of stringent bylaws stipulating land use by its members if the claim is successful

Calls for protection of Sentinelese tribe after US missionary's deathAfter the suspected killing of an American missionary by India's Sentinelese people, land rights campaigners call on India to do more to protect indigenous homelands. “Tourism, mines and highways.” That’s all it is for people when they see a tribe of indigenous people going about their lives.
