Gee, the vote will be 5-4 against right to change maps.

The SCOTUS is no longer an unbiased guardian of the law. It is now a political weapon wielded by the Trump party. There will be no justice.

hasn't the supreme court upheld gerrymandering?

wow

Lol good luck with that..say hi to Kavanaugh

The bottom line is gerrymandering is always done by crooks or lazy assholes

Maryland districts are pretty crazy but many in now 'suburban' northern Baltimore County welcome not being grouped w/ rural western Maryland and the Eastern Shore. That doesn't mean Elijah Cummings is acceptable as he care little for the area. How about Ruppersberger or Sarbanes.

Any asshole for gerrymandering, dem or GOP, needs to be voted out. Disappointed I voted for Fosh, clearly it was an uninformed decision. Hypocrisy should not be tolerated at any level. I hate Hogan, but he’s right

Whats fair is fair. If we are going to call for redrawing maps- we have to take the good with the bad. As much as I dislike it.

They better and they should, every thing in this country should be, fair and square, period point blank.

Good thing the supreme court is gerrymandered too

Supreme Court to take on partisan gerrymandering this yearThe court will hear arguments over congressional maps in Maryland and North Carolina that lower courts have struck down. Ohio went for Obama both times. Polls show it's about 52/48 Republican. We have 16 representatives. 12 are Republican. See the problem? Unless it also runs out of money..... The funny thing is that TheDemocrats invented gerrymandering. The word was created in reaction to a redrawing of Massachusetts state senate districts under Governor Elbridge Gerry. In 1812, Gerry signed a bill that redistricted Massachusetts to benefit his Democratic Party. Lol

Supreme Court to hear gerrymandering cases that could reshape the way House districts are drawnThe court has never established a boundary for how far state legislatures may go to draw districts that benefit one party over another. We need to enable the people to have their voices heard, not the politicians. Welp. Already screwed, about to be screweder. Do your thing, we’ll just work harder. 🌊 Gerrymandering is a harmful tactic used by both sides. We need other solutions for redistricting.
