Former Falkland RCMP officer alleges internal investigation mishandled

WATCH: The first police officer to arrive at the scene of an infamous North Okanagan murder took the stand in a civil trial on Monday. In 2011, Milan Ilic was among the first to find 18-year-old Tayor Van Diest beaten and strangled. He later found himself under internal investigation over allegations about his conduct that night.
