Bonang Matheba tax fraud case struck off the roll, admission of guilt fine paidThe tax fraud case against Bonang Matheba has on Tuesday morning been struck off the roll at the Johannesburg Specialised Commercial Crimes Court. R30,000 paid as 'admission of guilt' - R22,000 for personal taxes not filed since 2008 and R8,000 for company taxes not filed since 2014.... What about the actual tax, and interest and penalties, as apply to most mortals ? I smell a rat. But I'm not surprised that TL doesn't.

Bonang Matheba tax fraud case struck off the roll, admission of guilt fine paidBonang Matheba paid an admission of guilt fine at the court on Monday. How did she pay an admission of guilt if the case was struck off the roll? You only pay if you are found guilty or plead guilty. Oksalayo she now has a criminal record, am just confused about why she would be pleased with such an outcome. Will a criminal record not affect her contracts & work? Or am I missing something... Maybe she was ill advised......i heard that the US would not issue you with a visa of you have a criminal record! If that is the case this was then a very costly move tyronemaseko would you assist?
