Justice Clarence Thomas misses Supreme Court arguments because of hospitalization

Justices decide for themselves how much health information they will release to the public, and there has been no additional guidance.Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. announced at the start of Wednesday’s arguments that “Justice Thomas is unable to be present today” but that the absent justice would participate in deciding the cases he has missed, relying on briefs and transcripts of the hearings.

The court’s only African American justice, Thomas was nominated to take the seat of Justice Thurgood Marshall, who was the court’s first Black justice., whom President Biden has chosen to replace Breyer.

He never should have been on the bench, anyone who watch the Hill testimony knew this man was guilty, now we have two sexual offenders sitting on the bench, meanwhile the GOP wants to talk about child pornography 24/7 but ignore Gaetz literally caught sex trafficking a minor.

I don’t envy these Supreme Court justices. Especially the old ones, literally half the country waiting for you to die, that’s scary.

NOW is the time for this Justice to retire, to pave the way for new ones with better knowledge of the Constitution & less overt-biased, as this Judge has been exhibiting since 1992. Next justice – Woman & Native American. Bcz women r more level-headed & mature than men.
