If those that are supposed to enforce the law are failing to do so, the law-abiding citizens will take law into their hands. We are the only country where illegal and unregistered immigrants are protected more than citizens of the country.
Dudula wouldn't be in existence had the state done its part to enforce the law. One can also argue that the state is breaking the law by not enforcing it. Borders are not protected while the law says they must be protected. So the state and Dudula are same WhatsApp group. 🤷🏿♂️
