FATHER of a 12-year-old physically challenged girl has demanded the immediate prosecution of a 60-year-old man identified as Obilor for allegedly defiling his daughter.
Eleonu said the suspect who is currently being held at the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department of the Rivers State Police Command had on March 5, 2022 violated his daughter while he was out of his house in Ubima community, in Ikwerre Council of the state. He said, “I was coming back from Omagwa and alighted from a motorcycle in the front of my compound and I noticed that the door to my house was open which raised my suspicion.
“His name is Victor Obilor, one of my family’s brothers. I held him and I saw my daughter on the couch with her dress folded slightly above her breasts. So I had to start shouting, calling on people to come to see what Victor did to my daughter.
