Unlike the WP that is happy to be judge, jury and executioner. Screw justice, as long as somebody, anybody, has an attack on Trump or his appointees the WP is happy to publish it, claim it is true and demand retribution. No courts, no judge, no evidence. Hypocrites.
This is a long standing process. Rulings based on the lower courts feelings are simplistic to overturn.
The nice thing about the Supreme Court is that it can choose not to hear the case if can be resolved at a lower level.
