Activist Davis Hammet’s Facebook post about LGBT+ rights has gone viral. Hammet moved to Kansas in 2013, when he first reached viral acclaim for painting a rainbow-coloured Equality House across from the notorious Westboro Church, a hate group who often say vile things about gay people, Jewish people and soldiers. He was just 22 years old when he made the move to Kansas, and, when he completed the house, he decided to stay.

Marielle and Monica: the LGBT activists resisting Bolsonaro's Brazil - videoMarielle Franco, Brazilian LGBT and human rights activist, was killed in March 2018. Her widow, Monica Benicio, continued her fight for better treatment of the poor, the LGBT community and black Brazilians. Her murder has still not been solved and as the police investigation drifts, Monica is a plunged into a new crisis - the probable election of Jair Bolsonaro. On the eve of his inauguration, the film documents Monica’s involvement in the campaign opposing Bolsonaro and shoots of hope in the election of some local politicians from other parties, plus the aftermath of the election which suggests a terrifying future for LGBT rights and politicians who oppose the Government, and little hope for Marielle’s murder case being adequately solved. ¡¡Justiça para Marielle!! PLEASE INCLUDE THE MAN Who STABBED BOLSONARO WAS FROM MARIELLE’ s PARTY
