WaqarVick If one thing I have learned is that very few prosecutors actually seek truth and justice. It’s the “win” they want at all cost. I’m a victim of wrongful conviction, where the AUSA HAD TO resort to lies, innuendos & gaslighting to secure conviction b/c there was no evidence.

Man who blamed wrongful conviction on doppelganger gets $1.1 million settlementKansas has agreed to pay $1,100,000 to a man who spent 17 years in prison after being wrongfully convicted of a robbery that he says was committed by someone who looks just like him. Thanks trump.... 64000 a year? Not enough So this equates to $177 a day for his time spend for his wrongful incarceration. He could have well not survived. Seems to me the state got off easy.
