Instead of Icerd, focus on ratifying Rome StatuteLETTER | This will allow us a possible legal avenue to bring justice not o for the MH17 victims. Vast majority of nations from 5 continents have ratified ICERD. Leaving just Malaysia & a handful of autocratic countries. Why do we choose to be left out? Are we not ashamed of FEARING FAIRNESS? ICERD is about human rights. It is far more important than Rome Statute.
