ACLU knows damn good and well that trump isn't denying asylum. Trump IS denying them the privilege of running around free on the streets of America while they await their asylum hearings (which are back logged to 3 years right now).

You a latino, you think these people won't affect you, you are wrong. The immigration system in now over burden with these people. Now when you go apply to bring your spouse, instead of 2 years it will take 4 years and even more now. These people areally a burden to all of us.

You have to ask for asylum at the first country of entry, you don't get to choose. the process should take about 7 yrs.

if you enter the US illegally, then you can claim asylum, you are no longer in danger, we can deport you to a neighboring country.

They're supposed to claim asylum in the first country they reach that's safe. Mexico offered asylum and help. They refused to take it. And we don't take economic refugees so their asylum claims are shaky at best.
