Mr Conlon was shot on farmland at Hazel Grove near Tallaght on Tuesday, before passing away yesterday afternoon.Detective Garda Michael McGrath said Mr Phelan, of Kiltalown Lane in Tallaght, made no reply under caution.Judge Patricia McNamara remanded Mr Phelan in custody to appear before Cloverhill District Court via videolink on Friday, March 4th.
