THE Ministry of Communications and Multimedia said it will institute an awareness campaign to encourage the 70% voter turnout target set by the Election Commission for the Johor elections on March 12. Deputy minister Zahidi Zainul Abidin said the ministry would use social media to make people aware of the importance of voting.
