The idea that a President lacks the Constitutional authority to rescind a previous President’s Executive Order is laughable. It’s been done dozens of times, and the courts have never questioned the President’s authority to do so... This is a colossal overreach...

That's absurd. A President absolutely has the authority to issue an executive order to reverse a previous executive order. The 9th Circus Court of Appeals strikes again.

Naked judicial activism. Some of the 9th Circuit judges need to go to prison.

This will be on the docket for SCOTUS soon enough. Executive orders can rescind previous executive orders.

All these DACA children can pay back the white college graduates students' loans, since we aren't eligible for minority scholarships, and your parents broke the law, while ours were fighting in Vietnam.

It will be overturned. I court is not allowed to legislate and cannot uphold an EO as law, which was enacted under a previous administration. Every CURRENT potus is afforded the same exact article 2 powers and authorities, and there are NO exceptions to that.

How can a court can decide that an administration cannot reverse a prior administration's executive order is a separation of powers nightmare? The swamp still needs to be drained.

Trump made a great offer to the Democrats for a DACA deal in response to the Democrats yelping and then the Democrats turned around and put their backs to DACA recipients, because the Democrats don't really care if they cannot make political points from a situation.

That is within the president's power, it's not even debatable. Ruling invalid. Continue as you were.

Questions regarding immigration and when does immigration become over immigration and when does over immigration hinder a nation are the questions needing to be asked regardless of how immigrants or the ignorance of others yet affected by homelessness want to dream.

Once again we get judges who want to play President, making Executive branch decisions, rather than interpreting the law w/o their own liberal biased getting in the way!
