The Nigerian Police has arrested the suspended head of the Police Intelligence Response Team , DCP Abba Kyari, for being one of the leaders of a drugs cartel.
Spokesperson for the NDLEA, Femi Babafemi, during a press briefing held at the agency's headquarters on Monday said Kyari is needed to answer questions that crop up in an ongoing drug case in which he is the principal actor.The shocking revelation comes amid the police chief's controversial involvement with self-confessed Internet fraudster, Ramon Abbas, popularly known as Hushpuppi.
