SA takes Huawei’s local unit to court for violating employment rules

South Africa’s labour department said on Friday it had filed court papers against the local unit of telecom equipment company Huawei Technologies for violating employment rules of the country.When contacted, the spokesperson for Huawei’s South Africa unit said the company would respond soon.
