State Prosecutor Advocate Jacob Serepo says there is no way Dlamini can’t be prosecuted for her perjury case, which is being heard in court. He is currently submitting arguments on why Dlamini must face the consequences for the panic she allegedly caused during the South African Social Security Agency crisis in 2017.
Advocate Serepo says “there’s nothing political” about this prosecution of former minister of Social Development Bathabile Dlamini, here at the Johannesburg Magistrate Court.
