Executive Judge Marlon Moneva issued a memorandum announcing the resumption of court operations starting February 2, 2022, following more than a month of closure due to Typhoon Odette. Employees who are not scheduled to report to the office shall be under the work-from-home arrangement. Office hours shall be from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. On Saturday, courts and offices on duty shall maintain a skeleton workforce of only 30 percent.
