Having a Black woman on the Supreme Court matters | Calavia-RobertsonReplace Justice Breyer with a Black woman matters because representation matters. Nothing like identity politics to pave the way to the highest court in the land. Picking anyone because of what is between their legs or the color of their skin is sexist and racist. Rationalize it all you want. Title VII of the Civil Rights Act is the federal law. Under this statute, employers may not consider race, color, sex or any other protected group when making any type of employment decision. As always. Do as I say not as I do.
