Albany City Court Judge Holly Trexler presided over the hearing that lasted fewer than 10 minutes. She heard from assistant district attorney Jennifer McCanney, who said she would not oppose Cuomo's lawyer's motion to dismiss the complaint.
But in November, Albany District Attorney David Soares signaled issues with the case, calling the complaint that was filed"potentially defective." He said the complaint misstated the relevant law, did not include a sworn statement from the alleged victim and failed to include pieces of testimony from the accuser that could have been seen as potentially exculpatory. Cuomo has consistently denied the allegations against him.

So both Cuomo brothers have been publicly destroyed and fired, yet lubin’Toobin gets his job back? Not a Cuomo fan but just sayin……
I was convinced he was innocent. Now the court has ruled it so ad well. Best governor NY had. He would have been a great US president had the woke crowd not ruined the Democratic party's chances of getting the white house in the future.
Ok now bring Chris Cuomo back.
Brutal
You can’t prosecute claims that were not founded and were not true. When accusers have many inconsistencies in their stories it’s pretty hard to view them as credible.
