JOHANNESBURG - Communications Minister Khumbudzo Ntshavheni is set to hold talks with Telkom to stave off a high court review of ICASA’s spectrum licensing invitation.Icasa offers temporary spectrum licences“The fight is between Telkom and the government and the other operators and, let's be clear, this issuing of spectrums to these operators is very important for those operators," Cull said.
"So this is a very important occasion and we feel like we are not being listened to accordingly so we are going to court so for everyone for consumers for [the] government, for Treasury, for operators this is a critical time wrecking process," he said.Source
