Two 18-year-old men have appeared in court, charged in connection with the assault of two teenagers in west Dublin last week.

Two 18-year-old men have appeared in court charged in connection with the assault of two teenagers in west Dublin last week.Darragh Lyons - of Weir View, Glenaulin, Chapelizod in Dublin - is accused of assault causing harm to a teenage girl on December 30th at 9:40pm.He was granted bail but with strict conditions - which include having no contact with any party or witness to this case, and to observe a curfew from 9.00pm to 6.00am.

Meanwhile Jack Cummins - with an address at Rossmore Road in Ballyfermot - also appeared before Dublin District Court charged with assault causing harm to a young man on the same night. Mr Cummins was also granted bail with similar conditions to his co-accused, but he must observe his curfew from 9.00pm to 7.00am.
