A neighbor has filed for an injunction to stop the 41-year-old SKIMS mogul from constructing a driveway to her $60million Hidden Hills home. A fellow resident in the gated community named Sarah Key claims the driveway will be built on a strip of land that she owns. According to the legal documents Key says Kim wants a special driveway that gives her easy access to and from her estate. Construction by the reality star has not begun but Key wants to stop it before she does.
One thing to note is that the injunction lawsuit is not actually against Kardashian but instead the Hidden Hills Community Association in order to prevent the association from signing off on the driveway construction. Key is reportedly the same neighbor who has filed several lawsuits to the same organization to prevent Kardashian from building the alleged underground vault earlier this year.
