Michael Kennedy, a gay libertarian, is suing the conservative Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms for breech of vision and values.

The Justice Centre denies Kennedy’s claims in the lawsuit he filed in Alberta’s Court of Queen’s Bench in September.

Kennedy told me, “The day I found out about it , I was sick to my stomach. I realized I can’t work here any more. … I don’t believe in the mission.” But it said that at no time did he suggest that if JCCF continued its involvement in human rights processes that Kennedy would consider it constructive dismissal.
