The lawsuit, over privacy and copyright infringement, stems from the publication in February 2019 of a five-page private letter MeghanPart of the ruling required the paper to print an apology to Meghan, which it has complied with after appealing the ruling over the last year, ultimately unsuccessfully.

No apology given, just an acknowledgement that she'd won the copy write infringement case. Markle should have been charged with perjury for lying to the court, for which she apologized. Although she won the case she also managed to out herself as a shrew and liar, hardly a win!
