NDLEA’s Director, Media and Advocacy, Mr Femi Babafemi, in a statement on Sunday, said the suspects were arrested during a raid.
Babafemi also confirmed that a northern suspect was nabbed with 29kg of the illicit drug in the same location. He further stated that more than 4,000 kilograms of assorted illicit drugs were seized in similar raids across eight other states of Rivers, Kogi, Benue, Adamawa, Anambra, Edo, Ekiti and Ondo State.
