A young driver was busted by gardai overnight on Wednesday after being stopped at a routine checkpoint in South Dublin.

As well as this, the learner was issued a fixed charge notice, and will be due to appear in court soon.Very quickly, it was discovered that they were an unaccompanied learner, and as things progressed, it was found that he had no insurance, tax or NCT.
