We’re hoping that Mr. Spears cooperates. But if not, we’ll file a motion to compel,” Rosengart tellsJamie Spears’ lawyer, Alex Weingarten, said in court Wednesday that his client was the victim of “ad-hominem attacks and invective” that was not warranted.
