PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal here has upheld the conviction and sentence of Datuk Seri Najib Razak in the SRC International Sdn Bhd case, who was found guilty of misappropriating RM42mil from the company's coffers.
A three-man panel chaired by Justice Abdul Karim Abdul Jalil said that the appellate court had found no errors in the decision by the learned trial judge, Justice Mohd Nazlan Mohd Ghazali. "We dismiss the appeal on all seven charges and affirm the conviction," he said in the unanimous decision here on Wednesday .More to come
is najib in jail now ? why no pictures of najib in handcuffs being led to jail .... you mean he can post bail again ? is that how we treat convicted traitors in this country ? then why have a court ?

How can Najib post bail, when he has already been convicted of 72 years ? This is highly irregular. He was sentence in July 2020, and starts appeal in Apr 2021. Should we not pursue this kind of judicial corruption ? When is he going to jail, suppsed to be there last year.
