A Federal High Court sitting in Warri, Delta State, on Wednesday fixed December 7, 2021, for the hearing of a legal suit on the returned of £4.2m James Ibori loot to the country by the British government.

Joined in the suit are the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, SAN , the Attorney General and Commissioner of Justice of Delta State and the Accountant General of the Federation . While adjourning the case till December 7, 2021, for hearing, Justice Abang ordered that a fresh hearing notice be served on the Attorney General of the Federation.
