The Chief Judge of Osun State, Adepele Ojo, has released eight awaiting trial inmates from the two custodial centres in the state.

Ojo, who pledged that the judiciary would do its best to decongest custodial centres in the state, added that all deserving inmates would be considered. Speaking earlier, Controller of Corrections, Osun Command, Olanrewaju Amoran, said the prison visit would douse tension and decongest the custodial facilities.
