A Chief Magistrate Court in Adamawa State has ordered the Nigeria Police Force to arrest a former high court judge, Hon. Justice Micheal Goji.

Chief Magistrate Abdullahi Digil ordered the arrest of the ex-judge for allegedly beating the court bailiff, Amos Ndari, who went to his residernce in the Federal Housing Estate, Girei, near Yola, to serve him with court summons. The board said its officer was at Goji’s residence to collect personal income tax for the state when he was dealt with by the judge.
