Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malamiinister of Justice and Attorney-General of the Federation , Abubakar Malami, has said energy firm, Sunrise Power Transmission Company of Nigeria Ltd has discontinued its arbitration case against the federal government, leading to removal of legal impediments to the Mambilla hydropower project.

May be it withdrew from the arbitration because it is planning something evil against the FGN or may even be planning how to scuttle the effort of the Govt in providing a stable power supply the country which is the bedrock of any economic development in any country.
