LEADERS of the Plateau State Chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party, on Monday decried what they described as the refusal of the state Governor, Simon Lalong, to obey an order of court reinstating Joshua Ubandoma, as chairman of the Langtang Local Government Area of the state

According to the court, whoever was made chairman during the October 10 local government election never existed as chairman adding that Ubandoma remained chairman on until his tenure elapses on October 9, 2022. State Legal Adviser of the PDP, Binchen Jantur, lamented that despite the Justice Kunda Ishaku declarative judgment reinstating the PDP chairman of the Langtang council, Joshua Ubandoma, Lalong has continued to “use his agents and cronies to obstruct the course of justice and forcefully aiding the ousted APC candidate to remain in office as chairman.”
