The former lawyer for ex-President Donald Trump said he did not have time to check.

Earlier in his deposition, Giuliani appeared to suggest he had not reviewed the claim about the two voting machine bosses traveling to Venezuela to met with Maduro.

Giuliani went on:"It's not my job, in a fast-moving case, to go out and investigate every piece of evidence that was given to me. Otherwise, you're never going to write a story. You'll never come to a conclusion."

Didn’t have time to fact check yet was convinced enough to proclaim to Americans that it was true. Rubbish

Narrator - 'He did in fact, have time and yes it was his job.'

Rudy took part in a criminal conspiracy to overturn the results of a presidential election that culminated in a violent attack on our nation's capitol. He should be in jail awaiting trial.
