Any person who would joke about Blake while at the courthouse during jury duty doesn’t have “the kind of mindset a judge would want” on the case, he said.

This judge is biased. He understands two people are dead but the dead should not be called victims, because prior to being shot dead by Rittenhouse they may have been rioters, arsonist and looters. This man should never wear a judicial robe. It’s obvious he’s not impartial.
It was an anti-cop joke, not a pro-Rittenhouse joke. How did the author of this piece miss the point of this tasteless joke? The unfunny punchline implies the police would have kept shooting Blake til he died, if possible.
AP is now adding more fuel to a upcoming explosive verdict of not guilt by self defense. The juror told a stupid joke, don’t paint all of them under that umbrella because the case doesn’t fit your narrative.
