Incitement is exactly how Hitler started, eventually having so much power and backing by his followers which started the illegal atrocities by his administration. 😐😐😐😐😐

I can not believe this article even needed to be written.

His behavior - and that of his Cabinet - is DEPRAVED, MORALLY CORRUPT BEHAVIOR.

Have the people responsible for inciting the ball park shooting been to court? Have the people who incited the guy just sentenced to prison for threatening to shoot Trump been to court?

The fact that he has no morals is irrelevant

I predict the military one day will Storm WAPO offices and shut you down. , long after Trump but will happen

It’s not a moral problem when you have NO MORALS

hate speech? Yelling 'fire' in a crowded theater? Telling people to assault another?

Trump says that rich Jews are sending MS-13 over the border to kill white people, and that MSM is complicit. What does a poor dumb cracker trying to protect his family do to defend himself, proactively?

Is there a moral liability for a lying press spreading hate 24/7?

Really? What about hate crime indictments?

He hates every day

Perhaps not legal with that particular case - as a candidate then -though still by Trump words did incite wanton transgression upon others. As POTUS, however Trump its more so legal case than before concerning the Constitution, sans the Russia.

I’d convict him.

If you want to post incendiary headlines take down your paywall!

What about: “You make a crowd and you push back on them, you tell them they’re not welcome anywhere anymore”-M.Waters We’re still waiting on an official statement on the Bernie campaign goon that shot Steve Scalise. Are the Democrats guilty of incitement too?

Many men now, proud MAGA hat owning Trump worshippers have carried out acts of hate for the President of the United States. It is time to arrest President Trump. He is not above the law. Make our country safe again and LOCK HIM UP!

If you have ZERO morals, what good does that do? Free reign to incite - no law and no morals to stop you.

No exit: America's not only trapped in Trump's legal reality show, we're paying for itThe whole country has been dragged into a presidential version of “L.A. Law” or “The Good Wife.” It's all lawyers all the time in the Trump era. When libs fail at the ballot box, they throw the law at you. Democrats should stop suing Trump over everything he does. Their temporary injunctions keep getting overturned, and their futile efforts are wasting taxpayer funding and time. The media loves the drama for ratings and clicks. Interesting, I thought the previous eight years were a lot of lawsuits as well, seems that’s the direction the country is now gone on officially. Lawsuits only

Legal Experts: Mueller, feds just upped Trump’s 'legal exposure'Ari Melber breaks down how a new filing from the Southern District of New York in their case against Michael Cohen “really hammers” Trump’s former lawyer, with prosecutors alleging Cohen did not cooperate enough and should get substantial prison time. In a lightning round of questioning, legal experts Maya Wiley, Nancy Gertner, Ken Dilanian, John Flannery, Neal Katyal and Jennifer Rubin all agree that the new filings from the SDNY and Mueller increase the “legal exposure” of Donald Trump.
