A court in New York has granted the royal’s lawyers permission to see the confidential agreeement between his accuser and the late financier

Prince Andrew will have a chance to review a 2009 settlement agreement that he hopes will shield him from a civil lawsuit accusing him of sexually abusing a woman two decades ago, when she was underage.

Feeling entitled to see Virginia’s private stuff. Still.

Dreamlivethrive Remains to be seen to what extent Andrew can be the beneficiary of an agreement to which he was not a party (or even aware of, according to his legal team). And why would Epstein mention him at all, in circumstances where VG and Andrew hadn’t even met (on Andrew’s account)?

One law for.......

The more leniency this man gets, the more I come to believe in his guilt.

Virginia Giuffre claims prince Andrew had an orgy with eight younger girls (14-15yrs)

Lawyers exploring every which way to protect their client is fine - but the expensive lawyers will need plenty of expensive PR work to make this look like the logical defence for someone who supposedly never met the plaintiff

Tell me you're guilty without telling me you're guilty

Surely the law can trump an NDA where an illegal act has taken place

This is such bullshit, the security service would know exactly where he was on any given day, check who was guarding him that night, you’ll find he was exactly where she said he was. If you’re innocent you go there and sort it out, not look for loopholes. He’s so guilty.

Bin. Off. The. Royal. Family.

Eh?

how long this family will eat british cake?

We all know he’s not innocent, we’re just waiting to see how broken justice is.

If he thinks Epstein covered him as part of his settlement with the victim it’s pretty clear Andrew knew Epstein was a sexual predator. Also seems like he may recollect having met the victim as well because why else would his name appear in settlement documents.

Why would an innocent man who claims never to have met the woman, want to see details of the settlement. Surely being innocent he has nothing to fear, and all the staff at Pizza Express Woking will back him up 🤔

Money rules again.

When you see how the legal and political system is aligned to protect those abusing youngsters....it's enough to make you think Q-anon are onto something. Like Ike's Lizard people, it's at least a great metaphor for the reality.

So, instead of defending himself and proving innocence, Prince Andrew is looking for a loophole so he won't have to go before a court. Sounds like the actions of a guilty man.

Mr Epstein died of suspicious circumstances not proven Suicide

Hi hello just a little reminder that the queen’s ‘private wealth’ is from our taxes, stolen art and jewels from colonised countries, shady investments and what should be public land. So the queen isn’t paying for (sex offender) prince Andrew’s lawyers, we are. abolishthemonarchy

So its she is only after more money after all
