Pakatan to challenge legitimacy of interim Malacca government in court

Malacca Pakatan Harapan chairman Adly Zahari says the opposition does not accept the legitimacy of the interim state government because the party in charge does not have majority in the state assembly. – The Malaysian Insight file pic, October 6, 2021.

PAKATAN Harapan will take the question of the legitimacy of the caretaker Malacca government to court, said Adly Zahari. In a press conference this morning, the Malacca PH chairman said former chief minister Sulaiman Md Ali was not qualified to lead the caretaker government as he had lost majority support in the state legislative assembly.
