Does it matter with the New Laws in Texas, making Voting More Difficult for Minorities? A back-handed Poll Tax and from my understanding a Poll Tax is Illegal, is it not? It costs extra $$ to get those extra documents, so as to cast your Vote. If that is Not a Poll-Tax what is?
