John Zakula tells the Supreme Court that the noise emanating from the wind farm near his off-grid home was like a train that 'never stops arriving'.

The Supreme Court trial over whether a Victorian wind farm was a nuisance to two its neighbours has heard one of the men often resorted to sleeping in his car by the beach to escape the noise of the nearby turbines.

They are claiming damages for lost income and decreased property value they say was caused by the "roaring" noise coming from the farm. While the plaintiffs claim the subsequent operation of the wind turbines caused substantial and unreasonable interference with the value and use of their properties, the wind farm's defence has argued both men have engaged in a "passionate", years-long campaign to stop the farm.Poor internet connection marred much of Mr Zakula's testimony as he answered questions from a neighbour's home near Tarwin Lower.

Sure the wind farm commissioner has solved this problem

Lol, it's louder in a your car. No insulation.

Resort to offshore wind farms. The wind never stops blowing out there.

So the car's more comfortable and quieter than the house. Yeah-nah!

how about the judge sleep at the house and determine for themselves? Now is that a really silly concept. A judge actually leaving the court house and getting in amounts the real problem?

The Investment banker's who use this farm to green wash their fossil fuels investment say, 'Modern wind turbines make relatively little noise... In most instances, it is possible to carry on a conversation at the base of a wind turbine without having to raise your voice' Lies.

BULL SHIT!!!
