She has been charged for fraud and contravention of the Public Finance Management Act after ‘misrepresentations’ to the company’s directors

A former CEO at the National Health Laboratory Service is in hot water for alleged tender corruption that took place in 2016 involving more than R113m.

The allegations are that Mogale signed a contract with Blue Future Internet and Surveillance for the provision‚ maintenance and support of end-user computer hardware for three years. “The NHLS consequently paid the supplier an amount of R113m‚ which exceeded the value of the contract by just over R87m.
