Actress-activist Alyssa Milano is calling Texas' new abortion regulation a 'forced pregnancy' law and asking for new boycotts against the state.

in light of alleged sexual assault and misconduct testimony from Christine Blasey Ford and Deborah Ramirez. Kavanaugh voted with the 5-4 majority on Thursday’s unsigned decision, while Chief Justice John Roberts sided with the liberal minority.

my texas shows will benefit abortion funds from now until when these laws are changed - making plans with theIve just turned down a film i love cause it shoots in Texas .The Times reached out to Milano for further comment about what she’s doing to fight the abortion law. The email interview that follows has been edited for length and clarity.

and the remarkable get-out-the-vote efforts in that state. It brought national attention, and national money, to fight against some of the terrible things that continue to happen there. Now, to be clear, I’m not at all taking credit for the wins there — that credit belongs to Georgians — but I think we did help bring money and attention and energy from outside the state and maybe moved the needle a bit.

Their “us-versus-them” rhetoric is baloney, and everyone knows it. They know it. The “us-versus-them” is a few rich white men in power, who are pathetically trying to hold onto that power by oppressing people that they perceive as a threat — women, people of color, new citizens, aspiring Americans. They’re trying to shift the blame away from their wrongdoing, but the entire world is smarter than that, and we see what they’re doing.

Texas Taliban, that sounds pretty accurate..

The government has zero business dictating what we do with our bodies in any capacity, whether it be abortion or mandated vaccines. In both scenarios, you should be consulting with a doctor, not a lawyer.

“I've noticed that everyone who is for abortion has already been born.” ― Ronald Reagan🇺🇸

Who?

So she’s gonna boycott Texas with all those jobs she had lined up there.

Where is the lie? The Taliban and Kkkonservatives are one in the same. You'll never change my mind.

Texas taliban hahahahahhahsshha That made me laugh ahhahahahahaah

The Texas abortion law isn't about abortions it's about control. If it were about abortion we'd be discussing sex ed, free birth control, healthcare, making childcare affordable, increasing child support and more topics all so abortion doesn't become the end result.

🤫😉🤹‍♂️

She’s still attempting to be relevant. Very sad.

Alyssa Milano doesn’t care about women

While I do support the concept of having people birth a child over aborting them, I don't think it's my place to tell a woman what to do about it. That said, choices have consequences, and I make my boundaries pretty clear.

Hollywood fast running out of place to display their virtue signalling. Maybe they can just shoot in Cali and continue to pay the highest taxes in the nation.

How unprecedented the Texas abortion law is in scope of historyThe Supreme Court issuing an unsigned order refusing to block a Texas abortion ban while it faces a legal challenge stunned many and marked a significant moment in the United States' history of reproductive rights. Texas judge temporarily blocks anti-abortion group from suing Planned Parenthood abortion providers under new lawA district judge in Texas has issued a temporary restraining order against Texas Right to Life, blocking the anti-abortion group from suing abortion providers employed by Planned Parenthood under the state's strict new abortion law, according to a copy of the order provided by Planned Parenthood. Meanwhile women with $s can travel to get access to their healthcare needs, women without $s cannot. I don't get these people. Planned Parenthood is literally a lib murder factory. They have killed more people than the holocaust. Can you imagine how f**ked up this world would be if they didn't enjoy killing off their own kids? PPFA should be arrested for the countless murders of small innocent babies

Texas abortion providers say they've been forced to turn away patients under new lawA day after the nation's most restrictive anti-abortion law went into effect, doctors and advocates reported a steep decline in abortions across Texas. I’m surprised to hear there are any doctors practicing in Texas anymore. Women will find other ways, like getting the abortion pill from drug dealers, going to other states or using underground clinics. For many, they’ll now get late term abortions. Back to hotel rooms and coat hangers
