Maybe they need to look at what’s happening to the police in FL who have died from Covid. We have had a wave of deaths in our police departments. I know a fireman here who said he would never get it, but after seeing how many calls came in with Covid emergencies, he got vaxxed.

You know, anyone who ever served in the US military got a battery of vaccinations for everything from malaria on up, whether a volunteer or (back in the day) a draftee. I'm not aware anyone gets drafted into law enforcement or fire/rescue services.

If COVID were non-contagious then sure - their choice. But this virus is a PUBLIC health issue, not a personal one, so since they refuse to protect co-workers & the public by getting vaccinated, it's a good reason to fire them. They're of the wrong mindset for the job.
I will ALWAYS support 🇺🇸 the right for people to have a choice. However, and unfortunately choices have consequences. That is for one to make with their own body.

I’m not surprised. They are a politically partisan group. Biden should take a page from Ronald Reagan’s Administration when he fired all the striking air traffic controllers. I know they’re not federal employees, but they represent public safety during a pandemic. Fire them.
