The Supreme Court blocked the Biden administration’s new eviction ban in a ruling that left millions of Americans at risk of losing their homes during the pandemic

Two chapters of the National Association of Realtors petitioned the high court earlier this month to immediately stop the most recent moratorium.

The Supreme Court suspended the ban after a federal district court judge on Aug. 13 said the Centers Disease Control and Prevention exceeded its authority by ordering the policy.

The courts upheld the original moratorium but literally said hey guys pass a bill don't try to pull this stunt again. They pull the stunt again and act outraged when its shot down. Dems Clearly playing politics with peoples lifes to push their agendas and look like the good guys.
