Brian Boyd, 26, was arrested for e-scooter hit-and-run death of Gone Girl actress. He lives near to the scene of the deadly June 4 collision with Lisa Banes, 65. Boyd was charged with failing to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk. Banes died ten days later, suffering a traumatic brain injury and died on June 14.
