Deliveroo warned investors that it is considering pulling out of Spain over the high costs of operating in the country

“The Company has determined that achieving and sustaining a top-tier market position in Spain would require a disproportionate level of investment with highly uncertain long-term potential returns that could impact the economic viability of the market for the Company,” Deliveroo said in aThe company said it would consult with its Spanish courier and employees for a month before announcing its decision.

Progressivism, they call it.

Normal.

Consequences of socialism.

Communists being communists

Good. Off you pop.

This is what happens when communists rule a country.

But Pedro Sánchez ( Spanish president ) is so handsome 😉 . Do you want to keep him in USA?

No. It's because they aren't following employment law.

Communism and socialism translate into poverty and job destruction.

It´s normal. Labour costs of Spain are terrible. That´s why Spain is also one of the countries with the highest unemployment among the developed world.

Socialism destroys countries.

Just fucking socialism (with communists in the gov). High taxes, high public spending, and disappointing public services. But we have one of countries with more politicians per citizen, and we have to pay for it. It is way risky to try to start a business in Spain.

the gig economy is obvs unsustainable and unethical if ur unable to run a business w/o exploiting ur employees

That will be no loss, they are just slave drivers.

Mmm

It Good tho i hope u gave something back to the One that started THE company did u?

Is it same company like foodoora? Or they just like o nice we start One to?

A business which cannot afford to pay decent salaries is not about deliveries, but exploitation if the workers.
